Bringing Trails to You

​As we quickly approach the season of giving thanks, Platte River Trails Trust wants to extend our immense gratitude to our community. Our supporters have made it possible for us to do more to connect our community through trails. Together with our partners, our organization works hard to provide a network of trails that provide safe, non-motorized transportation and outdoor enjoyment opportunities in and around Casper. We are so thankful for the support of the community in our pursuit of this mission.

​In 2022, we’re focusing on Bringing Trails to You, as detailed in our 2021 Annual Giving Campaign. We’ve nearly reached our fundraising goal to complete the Paradise Valley to Robertson Road Bridge and with your help, we will complete our fundraising and put this project out to bid in spring of 2022. This important project will extend the River Trail to Robertson Road and the many new neighborhoods
 
Bringing Trails to You and your neighborhood, is an important goal for the Platte River Trails Trust. Most recently, we connected the River Trail from Morad Park to the Mountain Plaza Shopping Center providing an important connection to shopping, entertainment and other business from the spine of our community trail network. The Paradise Valley to Robertson Road bridge project is a continuation of our efforts to connect people to places, particularly their neighborhood. Trails close to neighborhoods offer quick and safe access to non-motorized transportation and the opportunities affordable exercise opportunities, and the enjoyment of nature and our beautiful outdoor spaces.
 
As we head into the giving season, we’d be grateful if you’d consider supporting our efforts to bring trails closer to neighborhoods through the completion of the Paradise Valley to Robertson Road Bridge.
