Building a Bridge to the Future: 2020 Sponsorship Opportunities

The Platte River Trails Trust is a volunteer led non-profit focused on expanding, maintaining and enhancing Casper’s non-motorized trail system. Our community's non-motorized trail system creates connections to work, shopping, recreation and to one another. These connections positively impact tourism, economic development, property values, and our community's health and wellness.

2020 is going to be an exciting year for PRTT as we have big plans for our community trails! PLEASE help us ensure our trails are accessible, safe, and continue to connect our communities by becoming a 2020 sponsor. Our 2020 sponsorship opportunities include:

The Mile Marker Program is the PRTT’s hallmark sponsorship opportunity. Sponsorship of a Mile Marker along the River Trail and the Casper Mountain Road Trail gets YOUR company’s name and logo in front of the thousands of people who use our community trails. Single-sided Mile Marker sponsorships are $600, or you can up your exposure by securing the both sides of a marker for $1,200.

Art for the Trails is a NEW program inviting artists from diverse backgrounds to engage with and be inspired by the Platte River Trail. Local artists are invited to create a temporary art exhibition that will connect trail users with the natural environment from the Tate Pumphouse to the Oil Derrick along Casper's River Trail.  Sponsorship levels include, Presenting Sponsor ($2,500), Curator ($1,250), Patron ($600). Depending on your level of support, sponsors receive prominent mention on all marketing, top billing on the exhibition map, banner or booth at the Opening Reception on June 10th, one side of a Mile Marker, and tickets to the Opening Reception.

PRTT’s main fundraising event, Riverfest, a premier opportunity to showcase your support for the trail system. 2020 Riverfest will be on August 22nd and sponsorship benefits include: logo presence on posters, t-shirts and all advertising; recognition in our Annual Report (delivered to 2,500 people); prominent display at the entrance; event booth opportunities; commemorative Riverfest brew-cups; and a Mile Marker. With over 1,500 attendees in 2019, Riverfest is one of Casper’s prime summer events, providing a great avenue for your business to be seen and your support recognized. Sponsorship opportunities (and benefits) range from $1,500 (Barley Sponsors), to $5,000 (Presenting Sponsor)
