The indoor space seats 130 with a standing capacity of 225, leaving room for all  festivities. Patio seating further enhances the opportunity for guests to enjoy a picturesque outdoor setting, unlike any other in the area. Additionally, there is ample complimentary parking within feet of the front entrance, including handicapped-accessible parking and a drop-off location.
 
The private boardroom hosts 20 guests with comfortable seating around a large table with conference call capability and presentation screen. To add the cherry on top, the Tate Pumphouse is equipped with a full catering kitchen to keep you and your guests fed and delighted by the caterer of your choice.
