The future for the Platte River Trails Trust is looking bright and we can’t wait to share last year’s milestones and this year’s goals, at our 2023 Annual Meeting on February 15th! This year’s Annual Meeting luncheon at the Tate Pumphouse will include special guest, Patrick Harrington, Manager of the Wyoming Office of Outdoor Recreation.
Each year, our Annual Meeting is filled with conversation and celebration of the work we completed the year prior. 2022 was a milestone year for PRTT, marking 40 years of developing our community trail system. We also released a new Trail Map, hosted the 30th Annual Riverfest, facilitated Art on the Go, and much more in. In addition to celebrating the work of our citizen-led organization, the Annual Meeting will highlight PRTT’s goals for 2023 and beyond including the expansion of the River Trail westward to Robertson Road, the extension of the Rail Trail to Edness Kimball Wilkens State Park, the addition of a neighborhood trail connection to 2nd Street and the Rail Trail, as well as future plans for trail expansion to the Rim Rock recreation area west of Casper. This year, we are also excited to host a special guest speaker, Patrick Harrington, from the Wyoming Outdoor Recreation Office. Since earning his degree in Environment and Natural Resources, Patrick has spent his career as a leader in the field and an expert in Wyoming’s outdoor recreation. Patrick will speak on the economic impact of outdoor recreation in Wyoming and the important part the Platte River Trails play in Wyoming’s outdoor recreation. Join our board members, Patrick, and fellow trail users and supporters at our Annual Meeting Luncheon on February 15th at 11:30 a.m. at the Tate Pumphouse. A $25 registration is required, so don’t delay. Reserve your seat today at platterivertrails.com. Be sure to follow our Facebook and Instagram for PRTT and meeting updates!

I would like to attend the annual meeting. Do you have any sponsorships as I do not have the $25?
