Sponsoring Trails for the Future

​Supporters of the Platte River Trails Trust are the driving force behind building and maintaining a community trail system. Our 2023 Sponsorship Guide is out now and provides ample opportunity to help us build trails for the future through Mile Markers and event sponsorships.

MILE MARKERS 
If you’ve spent time travelling along the Platte River Trails in and around Casper, you’ve surely seen a major contributing factor to the trails themselves: Mile Markers. These Mile Markers are more than just a sign signaling another mile traveled along the trails, they are a key component to further trail expansion. 

Mile Markers are sponsored by several businesses, individuals and organizations who value the importance of our trails and their contribution to the community. Sponsoring a Mile Marker supports the Platte River Trails and our goal to create connections in our community; however, they are also a great marketing opportunity to get your company’s name in front of thousands of monthly trail users. 

PRTT works hard to expand our trail system and the more trails we build, the more miles of opportunity to get your business in front of trail users! Sponsorship of a Mile Marker along the River Trail and the Casper Mountain Road Trail is a fantastic marketing tool that gets your company name in front of thousands of people who walk, run, bike, or take their furry friend for a stroll along our community trails. EVENTS
Other ways to support PRTT include sponsoring two of our major events this summer: the Annual Spring Cleanup and Riverfest. Sponsorship of the Spring Cleanup helps us maintain clean and safe trails for both personal enjoyment and non-motorized transportation. Plus, your sponsorship of this event includes recognition on social media, TV, a hanging banner at the event, in our Annual Report, on the event poster, and on our website. Our beloved community event, Riverfest, will be marking 31 years of beer tasting, live music and family fun this year! Your sponsorship of Riverfest helps us bring this signature event to Casper each year and raise critical funds for important trail projects. With several tiers of sponsorship, you can choose to be a Presenting, Hops, or Barley sponsor and ensure the success of our biggest fundraiser of the year.
